The Ferrari F2003-GA was the 49th single-seater built by Scuderia Ferrari to compete in the 2003 Formula 1 season. The car was designated “GA” as a sign of respect to Gianni Agnelli, the former Head of Fiat Group. Michael Schumacher won five races in this car and finally earned his sixth World Driver’s Championship, breaking Juan Manuel Fangio’s record of five. Ferrari also won its 13th Formula One World Constructor’s Championship title that season.

The car was introduced just before mid-season at the Spanish Grand Prix. The body work, radiators, exhausts and rear end have been redesigned from the F2002 predecessor to increase aerodynamic performance. The engine and gearbox were also more developed versions of the previous model. For much of the 2003 F1 season, several drivers from various teams were in the running to win the world championship. Kimi Räikkönen remained a contender until the final race which he ultimately lost to Schumacher by just two points. Ferrari's defense of the Constructors’ title was challenged throughout the year by Williams and McLaren, one of the few seasons when there were three front-running teams. Michael Schumacher won the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, his 50th win for Ferrari! Don’t miss this die-cast reproduction!
