|The Ferrari 412 is a front-engined 2+2 coupè designed by Pininfarina and derived from the 365 GT4 2+2 which production began in 1972. In 1976 Ferrari revealed its first car fitted with an automatic transmission, the 400 Automatic, at the Paris Salon in 1976. In 1985, Ferrari launched the 412 with an increase in displacement to 4,943 cc and 340 hp, the new 412 introduced in 1985 was phased out in 1989. Today its relatively limited production numbers may give it potential as a future classic. It is nearly impossible to be missed!
