The 612 Scaglietti was the first all-aluminum, 12-cylinder Ferrari ever built. The car’s light, rigid structure delivers a series of advantages in terms of weight reduction; dynamic behavior; and occupant comfort and safety.

In 2007, Ferrari built 60 unique 612 Scaglietti to celebrate its 60th anniversary. The car was named 612 Scaglietti Sessanta because ‘sessanta’ means sixty in Italian. These models were offered with a two-tone livery in a combination of classic Ferrari colors, as used on some of the Prancing Horse's most memorable models. The interiors feature sophisticated color combinations with an innovative, panoramic, stratified glass roof. The roof extends from windscreen to rear window, across the top of the cabin, giving all four occupants the drop-top driving sensation of space and airiness, with the comfort of a coupé. The roof also features three tint-level settings.

To underline the exclusivity of this series of one-offs, each example also boasts an enameled symbol set on the central tunnel, representing one of the 60 historic events chosen to celebrate the Marque's anniversary. The result is a true collector's car available in a special edition version aimed at Ferrari's most dedicated collectors!
